Ground Truth Solutions (GTS) is looking for a dynamic consultant to support the start-up phase of a significant new programme of work on shifting power in crisis knowledge, data and accountability.

About the role
Bringing a passion for power shifting and systems change, a strong network of changemakers and an understanding of systems thinking, you will:

Support the roll out of a coalition building and capacity sharing programme, working closely with the programme lead, broader team and local partners. This may include:
Mapping local data and knowledge systems
Identifying and connecting with allies working on complementary elements of power shifting in crisis (conflict and the climate crisis)
Supporting the co-creation of recommendations, research processes and advocacy campaigns.
Drive overall programme development through outreach, proposal development and fundraising, in partnership with leadership
Identify opportunities and produce advocacy and communications outputs to link community voices to real world policy and practice changes
Document and share learning from the programme on coalition/movement building, local knowledge, narratives and accountability for sector-wide learning.
About you
You will bring
Programme management and programme development expertise, with a proven track record in fundraising (7+ years)
Strong influencing and communication skills
A refined understanding of power shifting in crisis response, and a willingness to learn and unlearn with new insight
A network of changemakers
Expertise in building or strengthening networks or movements
Working proficiency in Arabic or Spanish would be a plus
This is a hands-on consultancy rather than an advisory one. Depending on your availability we are open to 3-5 days a week.
Duration: The consultancy is for 6 months (October 2026 - April 2027) with the possibility of extension depending on funding.
